Access to health: Is it a right for all or a privilege for the few?

More than 1.2 million people in the EU die prematurely every year. The reason these deaths are not prevented is not for lack of medical knowledge, but rather issues to do with accessible care options.

Should preventive measures, such as access to sport facilities, be subsidised by health systems or reimbursed upon medical prescription?

Should reproductive health rights across the EU member states be standardised?
